Regular Dial-A-Ride
Road Runner Transit's Regular, On Demand, Dial-A-Ride serves the Southern Ute Reservation, Ignacio, Bayfield including Gem Village, Dove Ranch, Homestead Ranch, and one mile outside of the city limits of Bayfield and Ignacio.

HOURS OF SERVICE for Dial A Ride On-Demand are:
7am to 8pm Monday through Friday, 10am to 6pm Weekends.

$1.00 per person per stop within town limits
$2.00 per person to travel between Ignacio and Bayfield
Passengers with disabilities may request modifications to current service procedures to access the service. To make a route modification request due to a disability, please call us at 970-563-4545 or email us at roadrunner@sococaa.org.

Reserve A Ride
Road Runner Transit's La Plata County Reserve a Ride Reservation Service available for travel in Bayfield, Ignacio, the La Plata County Airport, Mercy Medical Center, medical appointments, grocery stores, and the Durango Transit Center. Service is based on availability. Confirmed reservations are needed. Reservations can be made using the button below, up to 30 days in advance, with minimum of 48 hours advance notice needed. For cancellations, payment is due without 24 hours notice. Road Runner Transit is a division of Southern Colorado Community Action Agency.
Reserve a Ride Service Hours with a Reservation: 6am to 6pm, Monday through Friday. Closed holidays and weekends.
Reservations for Monday must be received by 4pm Friday to allow time for confirmation. Early morning reservations will be required to prepay at our office or over the phone during business hours 8-5 Monday - Friday. 970-563-4545

Reserve a Ride Service Area - $4 per person one way
Airport Shuttle - $8 per person one way.
- We provide service to the Durango La Plata County Airport. Click here for details and to make a reservation.
- We provide service to the Pine River Library in Bayfield, for a connection to north bound Bustang Outrider Bus Durango/Grand Junction Route (M-F only). The morning shuttle picks you up at 5:45 am, and the evening shuttle will meet you as you disembark the south bound bus at 7:40 and get you home. In order to meet the needs of the public with available equipment and staff, there may be times when you share a ride and pick up/drop off times are adjusted accordingly.
